Ausper Training is the professional education arm of Ausper Technology, a veteran-led Virginia small business working in enterprise platform engineering and federal security authorisation.
The first programme exists because the same question kept coming up in client work: leaders were being asked to approve, fund and take responsibility for AI-assisted output without anyone ever explaining what the tools actually do. That is a governance problem long before it is a technology problem.
How the material is written
Four rules the course is held to.
Nothing is stated that is not checked
Each lesson carries the date its claims were last checked, and the claims most likely to move are flagged inline. Where something is likely to change, the lesson says so rather than waiting to be found out.
No hype, in either direction
These tools are neither transformative nor useless. The course describes what they do, where they fail, and what that means for work you are accountable for.
Written for the person signing off
Not for engineers, and not dumbed down. The audience runs organisations and needs to make decisions about tools they will never operate at a technical level.
Your time is the expensive input
Lessons are as short as the material allows. Nothing is padded to fill a session, and nothing repeats what you already read.
What we will not tell you
We would rather leave a gap than fill it with something we cannot support.
You will not find client logos, completion statistics or testimonials on this site. Not because there is nothing to say, but because a training company that overstates its own record has no business teaching anyone to verify claims.
When there is something documented worth showing, it will appear here with a date on it.
