Registration and seat confirmation

Public sessions use guest checkout: you register by email, and no account is created. Your seat is confirmed as soon as you register.

We do not invoice anyone until the session is confirmed to run. If a session does not reach confirmation, you owe nothing.

Payment

We invoice your organization after your session is confirmed to run. We accept payment by invoice, purchase order on net 30 terms, or SF-182 for government registrants.

We do not take card payments anywhere — not on the site, not by phone. If someone claiming to be us asks for a card number, it is not us.

Cancellations, transfers, and substitutions

You can cancel or transfer to another session free of charge 15 or more days before the session start.

Inside 15 days, 100% of the fee is held as a training credit valid for 12 months. Nothing is forfeited — the credit can be applied to any of our sessions within that period.

Substitutions are welcome at any time: send us written notice and a colleague can take your seat, right up to the session start.

If we cancel or reschedule

If we cancel or reschedule a session, you choose: a full refund or a credit. No conditions.

Sessions marked guaranteed to run (GTR) will not be canceled for enrollment reasons. The only exception is force majeure — events genuinely outside our control.

Delivery format may change between in-person and live online. If that matters for your plans, ask us before booking travel.

Satisfaction guarantee

If a course does not meet your expectations, tell us in writing within 14 days of the course start. You choose the remedy: a free retake of the course, a credit, or a refund.

Private team deliveries

Private deliveries for teams are usually governed by a signed agreement between us and your organization. Where such an agreement exists, it controls.

Where there is no separate signed agreement, these terms apply to private deliveries as well.

Learning portal seats

Our on-demand learning portal is invite-only. Seats are provisioned by your organization's administrator, and each seat is governed by its expiration date.

Questions about your seat — who has one, when it ends, whether it can be reassigned — go first to your administrator, since they manage the seats your organization bought.

Course materials

Course materials — workbooks, slides, labs, and portal content — are ours or our licensors'. Your certificate of completion is yours. The materials are provided for your own use.

You may not redistribute, resell, or use the materials to deliver training to others. Keeping them for your own reference after the course is fine and expected.

Liability, governing law, and contact

Our total liability for any claim connected to a training session or portal seat is limited to the fees paid for that session or seat.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Ausper Technology, LLC is a Virginia limited liability company.
