Ausper Training

Privacy policy

Last updated August 25, 2026

This policy explains what information Ausper Technology, LLC collects through the Ausper Training website and learning portal, how we use it, who handles it for us, and how you can see, correct, or delete it. It applies to public session registrations, team-training inquiries, and the invite-only learning portal.

What we collect

We collect what our forms ask for, and nothing more. When you register for a public session, express interest in one, or ask about team training, the form collects the fields you see on it, and we store those submissions in our database.

Registration is guest checkout by email. There are no visitor accounts on the site, so we do not hold passwords or login credentials for registrants.

We never collect payment card details, because we do not take card payments. Public sessions are paid by invoice to your organization, by purchase order, or by SF-182 for government registrants, and no one is invoiced until their session is confirmed to run.

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Your organization
  • Registration details, such as the course and session you choose
  • Anything you write in a message or inquiry field

How we use your information

We use your information to run the training you signed up for and to answer the questions you ask. That means confirming your registration, telling you about changes to your session, sending joining instructions and materials, invoicing your organization once the session is confirmed, and responding to interest and team-training inquiries.

A transactional email provider sends confirmations and other messages about your registration on our behalf. Those messages are part of delivering the service, not marketing.

We send marketing email only if you explicitly opt in. Every marketing message includes a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops the marketing without affecting your registration.

The learning portal

Our on-demand learning portal is invite-only. Seats are provisioned by an administrator at the organization that purchased access, so if you have a portal account, it exists because your organization set it up for you.

The portal uses Clerk as its authentication provider to manage sign-in. Within the portal we store your learner progress, your notes, and the certificates you earn, so that your coursework is there when you come back.

If your organization's administrator manages your seat, they can see enrollment-level information for the seats they administer. Ask your administrator about your organization's own policies for that data.

Who handles your data for us

A small number of service providers process your information on our behalf: the host of our database, the provider that sends our transactional email, the authentication provider for the learning portal, and the video platform that streams portal lessons. Each acts on our instructions to run the service, not for its own purposes.

We do not sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We disclose personal information beyond our service providers only if the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

There are no advertising trackers on this site. We do not run third-party ad pixels, and the only analytics on the website are ordinary server logs, which record technical details like IP addresses and pages requested so we can keep the site running and secure.

The learning portal sets the cookies it needs for sign-in and video playback to work, and its video player reports basic playback quality to the video platform so we know when a video is not working. All of that is functional, not advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it for the training relationship — before, during, and after your session or portal access — and as long as legal and financial record-keeping obligations require, such as invoicing records.

If you want your data deleted sooner, email contact@auspertech.com and we will delete it, except for records we are required to keep. We will tell you if anything has to be retained and why.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Send your request to contact@auspertech.com or call 703-420-9323, and we will respond. We may ask you to confirm your identity, usually by writing from the email address on the registration, so we do not hand your information to someone else.

Children

Our training is for working professionals. The site and portal are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes and how to reach us

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with the date it took effect. Meaningful changes will not apply to information we already hold in a way you would not expect without telling you first.

Questions about this policy or your data go to Ausper Technology, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, at contact@auspertech.com or 703-420-9323.
