Our commitment

We build this site to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. We treat that as a working requirement we design and test against, not a claim of perfection — accessibility on a living site is never finished, and we keep at it.

The short version: if you use a keyboard, a screen reader, enlarged text, or a small screen, this site is meant to work for you. If it doesn't, that's a bug, and we treat it like one.

How this site is built

The practical choices behind that commitment:

• Everything works from the keyboard, with a visible focus indicator so you can always see where you are.
• Pages use semantic HTML — real headings, landmarks, labels, and buttons — so screen readers get the actual structure of the page, not a guess.
• Images that carry meaning have alt text; decorative ones are marked so screen readers skip them.
• If your system asks for reduced motion, we honor that preference.
• We test at mobile widths and with text enlarged, so layouts hold up when you zoom.

Access needs for live training

Registering for a public session is a short guest checkout, and it is also the right moment to tell us what you need. There is no account to configure and no settings page to hunt through — tell us when you register, and we arrange it. For private team deliveries, raise access needs while we're planning the session; the earlier we know, the more we can build in.

One thing to know: a session's delivery format can change between in-person and live online. If that happens to a session you're registered for, we revisit your arrangements with you rather than assuming they carry over.

Things we arrange include:

• Captioning for live online sessions.
• Course materials in accessible formats.
• Venue requirements for in-person sessions — step-free access, seating, or anything else the room needs to get right.

The learning portal

Our invite-only, on-demand learning portal is held to the same standard as this site. Seats there are set up by your organization's administrator, but accessibility problems don't have to go through them — if something in the portal doesn't work with your assistive technology or settings, come to us directly and we'll fix it.

If something doesn't work

Call us at 703-420-9323 or email contact@auspertech.com. Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead; if you're comfortable sharing which browser or assistive technology you were using, that helps us reproduce the problem, but it isn't required.

We fix what you report and let you know when it's done. If a barrier is stopping you from registering right now, don't wait for the fix — call or email us and we'll complete your registration with you directly.

Feedback that isn't a bug report is welcome too. If something about this site, a session, or the portal could work better for you, say so. We read what comes in and we act on it.
